1. Who we are

This website, qualitronyx.com ("the Site"), is operated by Volodymyr Savchenko, trading as "Qualitronyx" ("we", "us"), a sole proprietor based in Bremen, Germany. Qualitronyx is currently a pre-launch product being validated and is not yet a registered company. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@qualitronyx.com.

2. What data we collect

• Information you submit through forms — when you request our free templates or start a trial, we collect the details you enter (e.g. name, work email, company, the audit standard you select) so we can respond and provide what you asked for.
• Analytics data (only with your consent) — if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the Site is used: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (derived from IP, not stored by us), device/browser, and on-page interactions.
• Technical logs — our server may record IP address and basic request data for security and reliability.

3. Cookies & consent

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies until you choose Accept on our cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2: by default, analytics and advertising storage are denied. You can reject, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies/site data in your browser. Strictly necessary technical cookies needed to run the Site may be used without consent.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics and any marketing/advertising cookies.
• Performance of a contract / steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to respond to your enquiries and provide the templates/trial you request.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

• Google (Google Analytics & Tag Manager) — analytics, where consent is given.
• Our hosting provider — to operate the Site and store submissions securely.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the EEA, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email privacy@qualitronyx.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Germany, the responsible authority is Die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
