About Qualitronyx
Qualitronyx is corrective & preventive action (CAPA) software built specifically for small and mid-size food manufacturers — the plants running their corrective actions in spreadsheets today, and dreading the next SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 or FSMA audit.
Why we built it
Most CAPA / QMS software is built for pharma and priced for enterprises: quote-only pricing, mandatory sales calls, five-figure onboarding, and months-long implementations. We benchmarked 19 of these tools — and found that 15 of them won't even show you a price.
That leaves the food plant with two bad options: pay enterprise money for a tool designed for a different industry, or keep limping along on Excel and a binder of paper forms that fall apart the moment an auditor asks for traceability. We built Qualitronyx to be the third option.

- Built for the floor, not the lab. Fast capture with photos that supervisors actually use — not a life-sciences tool retrofitted onto the plant floor.
- Audit-ready in a weekend, not a quarter. Pre-built templates mapped to the standards you're actually audited against — FSMA 21 CFR 117, SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000 and HACCP.
- Close the loop properly. A CAPA shouldn't close without a documented root cause and a verified, effective fix — exactly what auditors expect.
Who it's for
